Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing high-quality meal preparation in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates efficiently and that our guests enjoy delicious, well-prepared meals.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items(Pizza & Pasta) according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation practices to ensure a safe cooking environment.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages to management.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques.
  • Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning, stocking, and maintaining equipment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the Pizza & Pasta is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a pizzeria as a pizza maker.
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
