Job Description
Metrotown Active Health is seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk & Marketing Specialist to join our multidisciplinary clinic. This unique role blends traditional front desk duties with dynamic marketing responsibilities—perfect for someone who thrives interacting with clients and sharing stories on camera.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule appointments using Jane App.
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
- Create, film, and appear on camera for clinic social media content, including Reels, Stories, ads, and testimonial videos.
- Write website and social media copy, produce digital content, and collaborate with the clinic's team to highlight services and success stories.
- Support digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Google), track performance, and provide marketing reports.
- Contribute to clinic branding by sharing content ideas and executing new marketing initiatives.
- Maintain organizational standards at the front desk, process transactions, and perform light admin duties.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, digital content creation, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident and engaging on camera, with a creative mindset for video and visuals.
- Experience with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), copywriting, and website updates.
- Proficient with digital tools (e.g., Canva, Google Docs, Jane App) with attention to detail for administrative tasks.
- Customer service experience and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic setting.
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or design.
Compensation & Details
- $20/hour
- Flexible scheduling (some evenings/weekends as needed for events or filming)
