Description

Le candidat ne travaillera pas dans un établissement, mais devra parfois se rendre sur place pour des réunions avec l'équipe et le responsable.

Administration des cours

  • Utiliser et gérer le système de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS) de Pelesys et le système de gestion et de déploiement de la formation (TMDS) du client.
  • Organiser l'aménagement et l'équipement des salles de classe et examiner les besoins en équipement de bureau avec les clients.
  • Créer et suivre la présence des étudiants ainsi que leurs notes pour tous les cours.
  • S'assurer que les examens des étudiants sont disponibles pour que les instructeurs puissent les distribuer aux étudiants.
  • S'assurer que la salle de classe est équipée de manière appropriée à chaque bureau des étudiants.
  • Coordonner avec le service informatique à la fin de chaque type de cours afin de s'assurer que les ordinateurs fonctionnent et sont prêts pour le prochain cours prévu.
  • Surveiller les enregistrements de connexion et de déconnexion des ordinateurs.
  • Fournir les dossiers de fin de cours au responsable de la formation.

Autres tâches

  • Aider à l'administration générale du bureau selon les besoins.
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes selon les besoins.

Compétences requises

  • Deux ans d'expérience en administration de bureau sont préférables.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et communicationnelles.
  • Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front, à jongler avec les délais et à travailler sous supervision limitée.
  • Souci du détail et sens de l'organisation.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook).
  • Connaissances générales en aviation préférées mais non requises.

Description

The candidate will not be working from a facility but occasionally may need to go on site for meetings with the team and the manager.

Course Administration

  • Operate and manage the Pelesys Learning Management System (LMS) and Customer's Training Management and Deployment System (TMDS)
  • Organize classroom set up and equipment and review office equipment requirements with clients
  • Create and track student's attendance as well as track students' marks for all courses
  • Ensure students' exams are available for instructors to give to students
  • Ensure classroom is setup with appropriate items at each students' desk
  • Co-ordinate with IT at the end of each type course to ensure computers are working and ready to go for next scheduled type course
  • Monitor computer sign-in and sign out records
  • Provide type course completion packages to Training Manager

Other Duties

  • Assist with general office administration as required
  • Perform other related duties as required

Must Have Skills

  • Two years of office administrative experience is preferable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, juggle deadlines and work under limited supervision
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook)
  • General aviation knowledge preferred but not required
