Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented spray foam installer who can also perform blown-in and batt insulation work to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in residential attics and crawlspaces, as well as commercial settings. This hands-on role includes leading small crews, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install spray foam, blown-in, and batt insulation
  • Perform attic insulation removals
  • Maintain and troubleshoot spray foam and blown-in equipment
  • Ensure safety compliance and site cleanliness
  • Lead and train junior installers
  • Communicate with customers professionally and courteously

Experience

  • 5+ years spray foam experience (new construction & retrofit)
  • 3+ years crew lead experience
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Able to lift 30+ lbs and work in confined and/or elevated spaces
  • UFC certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Blown-in insulation experience preferred
  • Commercial box truck driving experience preferred
