**Who We're Looking For**:

- **Experienced painters** (2+ years preferred in residential interior/exterior)

**Detail-oriented professionals** who take pride in their work
- **Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated** team members
- Must have **own tools and reliable transportation**:

- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and with a team
- Familiarity with prep work, brushing, rolling, cutting, and basic spraying

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:

- Surface prep (taping, sanding, caulking, patching)
- Interior and exterior painting with high attention to detail
- Protecting job sites and cleaning up at the end of each day
- Working efficiently and maintaining professional conduct on-site
- Reporting progress and job status to supervisors

**Wages & Availability**:

- **Pay is competitive and based on experience/performance**

Flexible scheduling available - Full-time, part-time, or subcontracting options
