Blown-In Insulation Installer – Residential (London, ON)

London Insulation Services is a locally owned and operated insulation company serving London, Ontario, and surrounding areas. We specialize in spray foam, blown-in, and batt insulation for residential homes. Our focus is on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Blown-In Insulation Installer to join our residential insulation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing blown-in insulation, with the ability to work efficiently in a variety of home environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install blown-in insulation in residential homes
  • Load, unload, and maintain insulation materials and equipment
  • Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized
  • Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience installing insulation
  • Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces and at heights
  • Must have reliable transportation to the shop each morning
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Compensation:

$22–$28 per hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
