Opportunity Overview
We're looking for a driven individual to join our Alberta business, to play a key role delivering our bespoke services to both new and existing clients. This is an opportunity to lead our commercial real estate desk in Alberta, overseeing searches across all income-producing asset classes. The role is backed by our established brand, proven track record of successful placements throughout Alberta and Western Canada, and the extensive market knowledge of our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve a minimum annual target of
$300,000
in fees in the Alberta market place. - Develop and manage a robust client base through a targeted business development plan.
- Build new relationships and manage existing client accounts.
- Negotiate fees and implement service agreements.
- Advise clients on tailored recruitment solutions.
- Attend industry events and client meetings to represent Taylor Ryan.
- Manage multiple job assignments and candidate sourcing processes efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
- 3+ years in a 360-recruitment agency role.
- Proven track record in sales and recruitment, ideally within real estate within the Alberta market.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry across Alberta and an existing network will be an asset.
- History of billing
$300k+
annually.
