We are looking for a motivated and results-driven 360 Recruiter to join our team. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, including business development, client management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with excellent people skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide consultative recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate terms of business and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, and internal databases.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Match candidates to suitable roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate experience from initial contact through to offer and onboarding.
  • Maintaining a strong network of top performers in areas of specialization

Process & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records on the recruitment CRM/system.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, recruitment consultant, or similar role.
  • Strong sales or business development experience (especially in agency settings).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools (Manatal preferred) systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong network across industry and candidate profiles
  • Post Secondary Degree an asset
