About the position

Haywood is currently recruiting a New Accounts Administrator to join its Compliance team. Reporting to the Manager, New Accounts, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their commitment to providing exceptional client service, attention to detail and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges as they arise.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative support to the New Accounts and Compliance Departments;
  • Front line contact for registrant account documentation inquiries, provides guidance as necessary;
  • Management of pending and on-going account documentation requirements;
  • System input of account information.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education in a related field an asset;
  • 1 year of office experience, industry experience a definite asset.

Skills & Key Attributes:

  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Dataphile experience an asset;
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills is required;
  • Strong ability to operate in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

 Job Details 

Status: Permanent full-time.

Location: Vancouver, BC – this role is onsite.

Compensation: the expected salary range for this role is: $48, $56,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications.

NOC Code: 14201 – Banking, Insurance and Other Financial Clerks. Securities Clerk – Financial Sector.
