**Accounting Administrator**

RJ MacLean Inc. is a leading Canadian-based tank cleaning company, a leader in robotic tank cleaning services. We constantly strive for improvement by developing new technologies and processes. Our management team has over 100 years of combined experience in several countries, spanning four continents. We provide our customers with strong, reliable, trustworthy, and forward-thinking solutions for the cleaning of their tanks.

We have a current opening for an Accounting Administrator; currently this is a virtual role.

Main responsibilities will be in:

- AR
- Monthly tax filings
- General admin
- Payroll administration backup
- Create new account, vendor, customer and project into Sage
- Code and reconcile all receipts for personal expenses, reimburse and credit card expenses
- Manage PO system, software and approvals
- Match Invoices to Purchase order, received into requester and entering AP invoices
- Close all the requester requisitions after invoices received (To control PO #) and approve PO as needed
- Non-PO invoices for project or general send for approval before entering into the system
- Process cheque runs - Process bi-weekly Accounts Payable cheques (EFT and wire transfer), maintain accurate filing system
- Create Project costing after the job completed

Skills and Education:

- Experience with Sage an asset
- Business background
- Prefer degree or diploma in Business, with accounting background
- Strong skill set with high trainability
- Motivated to learn and grow with the company
- Hard worker with excellent work ethic
- 2-5 years experience preferred
- Looking for someone who can grow into the role
- Must have accounting background and payroll administration experience
- Must have A/P and A/R experience
- Must have experience with expenses and processing cheque runs
- Excellent customer service required
