Primary Responsibilities (General)

o Creating a superior customer service experience for clients over the phone, via email / fax and in person in our showroom.

o Enter sales orders in ERP, ensuring that a copy/confirmation is always sent to the customer.

o Ensure customers' needs, questions and requests are met in a timely manner.

o Ensuring sales orders are entered in accordance with current customer pricing according or project quotes.

o Ensure that all questions and requests for technical support assistance are fully satisfied.

o Processing return claims by collecting and verifying the relevant documentation.

o Capture keying requests and communicate to the keying room department.

o Liaising with Accounts Receivable to review customer credit limits.

o Informing Account Managers when a customer's order is shipped but refused and returned to Canaropa.

Pick-up Counter

o Place orders ready for pick-up into blue pick-up bin.

o Ensure that same customer orders are attached together and they are filed in the correct slot.

o Ensure that pick-up bin is up to date - that orders stay within 2 weeks of order date.

o Contact customers once 2-week delay has been surpassed to ensure the order either gets picked-up or shipped out.

Managing B/O's

Ensuring that back orders are verified and filled, by:

o Generating B/O report and validating which orders are complete and can be shipped.

o Allocate stock and print Sales Orders to be shipped.

o Manage orders which are to be shipped complete.

Return Merchandise Authorization - RMA

o Validate reasons for customer return requests, as well as information provided by customer to determine if RMA number will be issued or not.

o Establish restocking fees, if any, and communicate to the customer.

o Enter RMA in ERP system, print and attach all pertinent information.

o In cases where items on an authorized RMA are refused, communicate with the customer the reasons why and arrange for products to be returned to the customer. If approved, repair or replace and return to customer, or issue credit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
