We’re looking for a passionate Outside Sales Representative to act as an Authorized Representative of Rogers promoting cutting-edge products and services, including high-speed home internet, and wireless mobile plans and products

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will utilize your skills in relationship building and persuasive sales and marketing strategies to work independently meeting with customers. Conducting in-person outside sales demonstrations, this role is designed for individuals who thrive in collaborative and competitive sales environments. Met with comprehensive training in promotional marketing, negotiation, and basic business strategies, our Outside Sales Representatives, and our management team have your back every step of the way

**Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales through face-to-face interactions business-to-consumer initiatives, identifying customers' problems and issues, and closing deals that meet customer requirements.
- Provide simplified product visuals and demonstrations exemplifying the value of Rogers solutions, helping customers select the right services and plans to meet their needs.
- Take ownership of your sales territory, organizing your schedule and efforts to maximize opportunities and achieve client-generated sales targets.
- Partake in daily team meetings with fellow Outside Sales Representatives and managers to collaborate on ways to boost sales performance.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals providing regular updates on your progress and success in order to generate friendly competition amongst the team.

**Outside Sales Representative Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in direct sales is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- An interest in the telecommunications industry and a passion for helping customers find the best solutions.
- A positive attitude, determination, and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation to get you to and from assigned locations.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
