Jay's Metal is hiring for a new **full-time **Customer Service Representative* based in **Calgary, Alberta.**

We are looking for an eager and hard-working Customer Service Representative that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The Customer Service Representative Representative reports to the Sales Manager, and is a key contributor in meeting and/or exceeding established sales goals and targets to increase revenue and profit for Jay's Metal. As an Customer Service Representative, you will drive initial engagement with new and current clients. You will be joining a growing team that is passionate about and dedicated to winning new business to achieve and exceed our ambitious growth targets.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities are focused on** **New Sales Generation**:

- Answer incoming sales calls
- Meet and work with walk-in customers
- Complete and present quotes
- Track and document leads
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Other duties, initiatives, and projects may be assigned from time to time

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years customer service or sales experience required
- An adaptable approach to communication and excellent listening and discovery skills
- Ability to quickly learn the functionality of the our platform and become a product expert.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in the construction industry
