Are you passionate about helping people grow and thrive at work? We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to join our People Development team. In this role, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day operations, logistics, and delivery of learning programs that empower all Dutonians.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Program Operations & Logistics:
    Coordinate and execute logistics for learning programs, including scheduling sessions, managing invites, preparing materials, booking rooms/virtual spaces, and handling communications. Serve as a primary point of contact for program stakeholders and participants.
  • Session Support:
    Manage attendance, troubleshoot tech, distribute materials, and ensure a seamless participant experience during training sessions.
  • Content Management & Instructional Design:
    Design, update, and manage learning content, toolkits, and resources using instructional design principles. Incorporate feedback and data to enhance content and program effectiveness.
  • Facilitation:
    Deliver live (virtual and in-person) training sessions for employees and people leaders, using engaging facilitation techniques to create an inclusive and impactful learning environment.
  • Measurement & Reporting:
    Track attendance, completion, and engagement metrics for learning programs. Assist with basic data analysis and reporting to help measure program outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with People Business Partners, facilitators, and other teams to ensure programs run smoothly and meet business needs. Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
    Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve documentation, and enhance the learner experience. Research and recommend new tools, technologies (including AI), and best practices to keep our programs fresh and effective
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Program Coordination, HR, or a related field (tech or high-growth environment a plus)
  • Experience facilitating training sessions or group learning (virtual and/or in-person)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders and teams
  • High integrity, empathy, and ability to handle confidential information with care
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow

The base salary range for this position is 83, ,000 CAD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
