Overview
As a Senior Consultant in People Development & Insights, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic leadership development initiatives for our clients, will bring deep expertise in executive coaching, psychometric assessments, and the end-to-end learning and development value chain.

With the gravitas to engage senior leaders, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping client organizations build leadership capability and foster a culture of continuous development and growth, and you will be responsible for ensuring consistent high quality, timely delivery of relevant learning solutions to our clients.

How You'll Make An Impact
Learning & Development Strategy

  • Advise clients on L&D strategy, learning ecosystems, and technology-enabled learning.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Client Engagement & Delivery

  • Build strong relationships with senior executives, acting as a strategic partner.
  • Manage complex projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact.
  • Contribute to business development through proposal writing, thought leadership, and client presentations.

Leadership Development & Coaching

  • Provide executive coaching to C-suite and senior leaders, leveraging evidence-based methodologies.
  • Develop tailored leadership journeys aligned with organizational strategy and culture.

Assessment & Diagnostics

  • Administer and interpret psychometric assessments (e.g., Hogan, MBTI, EQ-i, 360s) to support talent decisions and development planning.
  • Conduct leadership assessments and gap analyses to inform succession planning and capability building.

About You

  • University degree and certificate in Adult Education or a Certified Training & Development Professional designation (CTDP) or similar is ideal; Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, or Business could also be relevant
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior leaders with credibility and confidence, including leading consultative sales conversations,
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent development, leadership consulting, or organizational development.
  • Proven track record in executive coaching and leadership program design.
  • Certification in one or more psychometric tools (e.g., Success Finder, Hogan, EQ-i, DISC).
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and strategic relationship management skills.
