About the Role:
The FTT Marketing Manager is a 12 months contract position covering a temporary maternity leave and will be supporting marketing on day-to-day operations that drive franchisees success and profitability. The role is highly cross-functional working with different disciplines in the organization, such as culinary, operations, field, marketing and creative services, as well as agency partners and various vendors.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Owns Integrated Cross-functional marketing calendars
- Oversee Advertising Review Board Process and Optimizations with our advertising agency partners; and manage Legal master disclaimers.
- Owns and update bi-monthly our Subway Marketing Shop that provides creative services and assets to all our franchisees, working closely with agency partners and vendors.
- Supports Window Marketing Playbooks, and The Feed communication of our marketing campaigns to franchisees.
- Support Restaurant marketing initiatives as needed, such as Learning labs and POP.
- Leads FSI's (free-standing insert) x 3 times a year.
- Supports Window briefing documents, and culinary tasting sessions with our agencies.
- Adhoc support of overall creative execution, billing, budgets, contracts and SOW's.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Marketing
- The ideal candidate has excellent project management skills, detailed oriented to manage process, timelines and calendars.
- Excellent Communication Skills & Presentation Skills
- Requires strategic thinking with Marketing experience that can identify gaps and propose opportunities and optimizations.
- Self-starter with high initiative, self-discipline and goal-setting mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communicator to wide breadth of audiences including Executive Leadership Team, Field Operations Teams, Franchisees and other third-party stakeholders
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and with key internal Executive and external stakeholders
