Job Summary:

We're hiring a Kitchen Manager to oversee our production kitchen and catering operations. You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly, maintaining our high standards, and supporting a small but passionate team.

Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day kitchen and production operations

- Manage and support kitchen staff

- Oversee meat production, sandwich prep, and catering orders
