We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. Your passion for food preparation and service will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices.
- Cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring all meals are handled safely.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal preparation processes is essential.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations within the food industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
