Summary

We are seeking a talented Bartender to join our dynamic team at BRICKHOUSE GRILL in . In this role, you will play a vital part in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing excellent service and crafting delicious drinks that complement our gourmet offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications * Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.

  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is an asset.
  • Cash handling experience is preferred.
