Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent hospitality, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their tastes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
  • Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and food safety practices to provide accurate information to guests.

Experience

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
