Bartender/server

**Bartenders Job Responsibilities**:

- Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude
- Prepares Bar and Bar dining area by checking over for cleanliness, stocking, doing liquor and bar inventory counts
- Demonstrate complete product knowledge of our wine, cocktail menu and ingredients
- Speed and pour accuracy when mixing cocktails
- Creativity and passion for cocktail making
- Ability to create exciting and new additions to our cocktail menu or daily cocktail features
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Serves patrons with food and beverages in a positive, friendly, prompt and efficient manner
- Helps patrons select food and beverages by suggesting courses, explaining the chef’s features of the day, identifying appropriate beverage pairings, and answering food preparation questions
- Places orders by recording patrons’ choices, identifying patrons’ special dietary needs and special requests.
- Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting the timing of meal progression and calling for pick up of next course
- Serve orders and respond to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs and observing the dining process.
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs
- Issues/deliver bills, accepts payments and returns change to patrons

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- Smart Serve Certified
- 2+ years service experience

At One we want our staff to enjoy coming in for their shift and for work to be a fun environment even when it has stressful moments. As a bartender and server you will be required to work week days, week nights, weekends and holidays. There is flexibility with requesting time off and we do our best to accommodate all requests.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
