Job Description

The Quality & Production Data Coordinator is responsible for collecting, inputting, and maintaining accurate data related to daily production, materials, and quality control documentation. This role ensures all project records, test sheets, and production logs are complete, organized, and compliant with company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities


• Input and verify daily production data from field crews, including pile logs, anchor testing, and material usage.


• Maintain and update quality control records (e.g., concrete test sheets, inspection reports, and verification documents).


• Track quantities and production progress across multiple active projects.


• Support Project Managers and Engineers with data summaries, reports, and documentation requests.


• Ensure all digital and paper records meet company QA/QC procedures and project requirements.


• Coordinate with field teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely submission of data.


• Assist with compiling completion packages and client turnover documentation.

Qualifications


• Previous experience in construction administration, data entry, or quality control documentation preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management systems.


• Familiarity with construction terminology, materials, and reporting processes an asset.


• Ability to communicate effectively with both office and field staff.
