Job Summary

The Franchise Development Associate supports the growth of the brand by assisting with franchise sales, onboarding, and relationship management. This role plays a key part in identifying potential franchise partners, guiding them through the franchise development process, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to approved franchisee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing franchise leads

  • Respond to franchise inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms

  • Conduct initial screening calls and schedule discovery meetings

  • Maintain and update CRM records for franchise prospects

  • Support the franchise sales process from lead generation to agreement execution

  • Coordinate delivery of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and track compliance timelines

  • Assist with franchise onboarding, including documentation, training coordination, and opening timelines

  • Prepare reports on franchise sales activity, pipeline status, and market opportunities

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align growth strategies

  • Attend franchise expos, discovery days, and industry events as needed

  • Provide ongoing support and communication to new and existing franchisees

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in franchise development, sales, real estate, or business development (preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail

  • Comfortable with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools

  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach

  • Knowledge of franchising concepts is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
