What you'll Do (Junior Bookkeeper Role)

You'll support the bookkeeping team with day-to-day financial tasks, including:

• Processing transactions through Dext, Plooto Capture, and QuickBooks Online
• Coding income and expenses accurately
• Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
• Assisting with GST/HST preparation and month-end checks
• Keeping client files organized and reviewer-ready
• Asking questions, learning our systems, and applying feedback
• Collaborating with teammates through Slack and our internal workflows

You will report to the Owner & CEO and collaborate closely with the bookkeeping team on day-to-day work.

This is a permanent, full-time position (minimum 30 hours/week) with required availability during core hours 9:00 am - 4:00 pm MST for teamwork, communication, and client needs.

Compensation: $20-$23/hour, based on education and experience.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of bookkeeping experience or relevant accounting education
• Intermediate skill level with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and cloud-based tools (or willingness to learn)
