Assistant Invigilation Services

Regular Part-time (20 hours per week)

Exam periods, vacation and sick coverage, as required, up to 35 hours

Duties: The Administrator Invigilation Services reports to the Vice President, Student Success and will be responsible for scheduling and invigilation services at the Cranbrook Campus, including providing teaching faculty and students enrolled in online courses with assistance in coordinating external invigilation services, invigilating make-up and external exams, and providing invigilation services to students with exam accommodations as required.

Qualifications: A Business Administrative Diploma, Administrative Studies Diploma (Business Certificate with Office Administration CertificateSpecialty) or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of related experience. Experience in a post-secondary educational institution would be desirable. High proficiency in Excel and a high level of skill with all other Microsoft applications is required. Experience with Student Information systems and exam registration software would be an asset. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal tactfully, professionally and effectively with customers.

Salary: Position# As per the CUPE Salary Schedule and Collective Agreement, Pay Level 4 $25.72 per hour with increments progressing to Step 5 as per the CUPE Collective Agreement.
