Votre Nouvelle Poste
En tant que Gestionnaire Immobilier, vous serez responsable de la supervision complète d'un immeuble résidentiel de luxe comprenant 245 unités locatives soigneusement conçues. Ces appartements haut de gamme présentent des matériaux naturels raffinés, des aménagements à aire ouverte et des finitions architecturales intemporelles. Les résidents bénéficient d'équipements exclusifs tels qu'une cour paysagée, un centre de conditionnement physique ultramoderne, des terrasses sur le toit, des espaces de travail collaboratif, une piscine avec terrasse, ainsi que des finitions intérieures haut de gamme. Dans ce rôle de leadership, vous assurerez le bon fonctionnement de l'immeuble, favoriserez des relations solides avec les locataires, coordonnerez les activités d'entretien et gérerez l'ensemble des fonctions administratives.
Responsabilités principales :
- Gérer les dossiers des locataires, y compris les baux, les renouvellements, les résiliations et les paiements
- Maintenir des bases de données précises sur la disponibilité et l'occupation des unités
- Préparer et distribuer les communications aux locataires (ajustements de loyer, rappels de paiement)
- Servir de point de contact principal entre les locataires, les fournisseurs et le personnel d'entretien
- Coordonner les demandes de réparation et les appels de service avec les équipes internes et les sous-traitants
- Faciliter les processus de location pour les nouveaux résidents, y compris la documentation et l'accueil

Your New Role
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of a luxury residential property comprising 245 thoughtfully designed rental units. These upscale apartments feature refined natural materials, open-concept layouts, and timeless architectural details. Residents benefit from exclusive amenities including a landscaped courtyard, state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop terraces, co-working spaces, a pool and patio area, and premium interior finishes. In this leadership role, you will ensure the seamless operation of the building, fostering strong tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance activities, and managing all administrative functions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Administer tenant files, including lease agreements, renewals, terminations, and payment records
- Maintain accurate databases of unit availability and occupancy
- Prepare and distribute tenant communications such as rent adjustments and payment reminders
- Serve as the primary liaison between tenants, service providers, and maintenance personnel
- Coordinate repair requests and service calls with internal teams and external contractors
- Facilitate leasing processes for prospective residents, including documentation and onboarding
- Monitor and manage building security systems and access control software
- Draft professional correspondence, memos, and tenant notices
- Supervise on-site personnel including the superintendent, janitor, and doorman
What You Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in both English and French and bring a minimum of two years' experience in property management. You'll need exceptional organizational and time-management skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities. A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management platforms will be key to navigating daily operations efficiently.
