This is a full-time, on-site
Property Manager
role based in Montreal, QC.

The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, including:

  • Tenant relations and responding to tenant inquiries
  • Handling maintenance requests and coordinating with contractors
  • Rent collection and ensuring lease compliance
  • Conducting property inspections and reporting on building conditions
  • Marketing and advertising vacant units
  • Managing lease renewals, new leases, and tenant files
  • Preparing detailed reports for property owners

The role requires professionalism, strong communication, and excellent customer service skills to maintain smooth operations and positive relationships with both tenants and property owners.

Qualifications

  • Comfort managing basic maintenance requests and coordinating with contractors
  • Marketing or leasing experience (an asset, not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with the Montreal rental market and regulations (asset only)
