Your New Role

As a Property Manager, you will oversee all aspects of building operations including leasing, administration, housekeeping, and maintenance. Reporting to the Director of Property Management, you'll lead a team to ensure full occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Supervising building staff and concierge teams
  • Managing tenant requests and emergency situations
  • Overseeing lease renewals, inspections, and legal documentation
  • Ensuring building safety and fire protocols are followed
  • Handling rent collection and arrears follow-up
  • Conducting credit checks and preparing lease documentation

What You'll Bring

  • A university or college degree (property management certification is an asset)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential property management
  • Full bilingual proficiency (French and English)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of TAL regulations and property management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tech tools (access systems, tenant apps, etc.)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities
