APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR -Remote Canada

Reporting to the Manager, Applications, the Application Administrator will primarily focus on our Dedicated Services team applications including but not limited to Broker Management Systems. Finance, Payroll, HR and BI applications. You will be responsible for administering, owning and advising on not only the technical components of these applications but also having a full understanding of the impact that each application has to the overall IT infrastructure.

Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with a Service Delivery Manager to assist with changes, updates, and upgrades and maintain health of Production environments
  • Serve as escalation point for the Service Desk Team
  • Focus on continual service improvements, assisting in planning, developing, and deploying existing opportunities or new products
  • Responsible to ensure user access is appropriate and secure complying with business policies and take part in a regular audit review


The value you bring

  • Computer Science degree or diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of Application Management methodologies
  • Working experience in EPIC and other Broker Management Systems is an asset
  • Prior experience in Change Management or Release Management is a strong asset

Hours: Full Time, Permanent hours/week 

Location: Remote, Canada

Salary Range: $55,000 - $78,000
