We are seeking an Application Administrator to support and manage our enterprise applications, ensuring they operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business needs. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, this hands-on role will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of key business systems, including ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365 and other operational platforms.

At ARMA, we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and empowering our teams with leading-edge technology. This role is essential during a period of significant digital transformation, including the rollout of a new ERP system and integration with Salesforce CRM and an upcoming transition to Microsoft SharePoint from an on-premises file server. You will play a vital role in ensuring these systems are well-supported, integrated, and continuously improved to meet organizational goals.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain enterprise applications, including ERP, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft 365 suite, and other business-critical systems.
  • Configure, update, and troubleshoot application issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand application requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support data integrity, user access, and role-based permissions across applications.
  • Assist with application upgrades, patching, and testing in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
  • Document application configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
  • Provide end-user support and training for business applications.
  • Participate in system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms.
  • Monitor application performance and usage, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, including POPA and ATIA.
  • Support reporting and analytics needs by enabling access to application data and integrating with BI tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application administration or support roles.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics GP, Salesforce).
  • Experience administering and managing SharePoint environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and SaaS platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of data governance, access controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in sustainability, recycling, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations.
  • Project management experience or certification.
  • SharePoint Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
