Welland Dental Centre is a patient-centered dental practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a warm, professional environment. We are seeking a Treatment & Financial Coordinator to join our team and help guide patients through their treatment journey—clinically, financially, and compassionately.

Position Summary

The Treatment & Financial Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring patients understand their treatment plans, feel supported in their financial options, and receive a seamless, positive experience from consultation to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage both clinical information and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear, caring, and professional manner
  • Review insurance benefits, verify coverage, and accurately estimate patient financial responsibility
  • Discuss financial arrangements, and third-party financing options
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment timelines with patients and the clinical team
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient communications and financial agreements
  • Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and financial approvals
  • Collaborate with front office and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Handle patient inquiries related to treatment or billing with empathy and professionalism
  • Process insurance claims, and payments.
  • Keep A/R for office up to date

Qualifications

  • Experience in a dental(MUST)
  • Strong understanding of insurance verification and treatment presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to discuss finances confidently and compassionately
  • Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient service
