Maple ON, Canada Brite Bite Kids Dental & Orthodontics Full time

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for patient care, patient education and providing the ultimate patient care experience? Brite Bite Kids Dental is currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator with dental experience. We're looking for a TC who understands the unique needs of children and families.

The Treatment Coordinator is a goodwill ambassador interacting with patients on the telephone and in the office, communicating the services offered by the practice and educating parents and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as point of contact for patients, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance. Explain and educate patients on dental procedures (Nitrous, Oral Sedation, Sleep Dentistry) and answer all questions or concerns

· Work closely with Dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients to ensure patients receive high- quality care

· Guide families through treatment plans and financial options. Provide estimates of treatment costs and discuss financial arrangements with patients. Coordinate payment plans and discuss financing options.

· Appointment Management -Follow up with patients to schedule appointments for treatments, patients who have cancelled treatment and checkups, follow ups.

· Front desk tasks are also required (booking hygiene appointments, patient check in/out, other front desk tasks upon request)

Qualifications and Skills:

· Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and insurance protocols (non-assignment) (knowledge of Tracker software is an asset)

· Proven experience in a dental office as Treatment Coordinator. (knowledge of Pediatric dentistry is an asset)

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex dental procedures in an understandable manner.

Pay: $27.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
