Our team is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator who is organized, personable, and passionate about helping patients understand and move forward with their dental care.

Position Summary

The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey. This position involves presenting treatment plans, reviewing financial options, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patients feel supported and informed every step of the way. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional experience
  • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, answering questions and building patient trust
  • Review insurance benefits and discuss financial options with patients
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Follow up on pending treatment plans to support case acceptance
  • Collaborate closely with dentists, hygienists, and front office team members
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Handle patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous dental office or healthcare administrative experience required
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
  • Proficiency with tracker dental practice management software
  • Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented attitude
