Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between patients and providers, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and treatment planning. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and dental knowledge are essential. Prior experience in dental, along with familiarity with electronic dental records and dental terminology, will be highly valued. The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing patient experience and supporting operational efficiency within our practice.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient treatment plans by explaining procedures, financial obligations, and scheduling follow-up appointments
  • Manage patient records using electronic dental records systems such as Tracker
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options
  • Submitting predeterminations to insurance companies
  • Assist in billing processes and insurance claims processing
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns professionally

Skills

  • Proficiency with Tracker or other electronic dental records systems
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology and dental procedures
  • Experience in dental office environments is required
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—tailored to diverse patient populations
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37 per week

Work Location: In person
