Global Partner Marketing Manager
Role Overview
- As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will drive global partner marketing strategies to accelerate Litmus's growth through ecosystem partnerships. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create co-marketing campaigns, enable partner success, and amplify Litmus's brand worldwide. This is a remote-friendly role with occasional travel to key global events and partner locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies across regions, focusing on co-branded campaigns, webinars, content syndication, and joint demand generation to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the creation and launch of global partner marketing initiatives, including email nurture programs, virtual/in-person events, and digital advertising in collaboration with sales and BDR teams.
- Partner Marketing Enablement. Develop marketing toolkits, sales collateral, and training resources to empower partners to effectively promote Litmus solutions and achieve mutual growth targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with internal sales and marketing teams to align on global go-to-market plans, track campaign performance, and optimize for lead quality and conversion rates.
- Performance Analytics. Measure and report on partner marketing ROI using KPIs such as PQLs generated, partner-sourced revenue, engagement rates, and campaign attribution across global channels.
- Content & Thought Leadership. Create compelling partner-focused content (case studies, whitepapers, videos) and represent Litmus at industry events to build ecosystem advocacy and thought leadership in AI.
- Innovation & Scaling. Identify emerging trends in partner marketing (e.g., AI-driven personalization, influencer partnerships) and scale successful programs globally.
Qualifications
- Experience. 7+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing roles within tech/SaaS/AI industries. Proven track record of driving global campaigns that deliver measurable revenue impact.
- Global Expertise: Experience managing marketing programs across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas) with understanding of cultural and regulatory nuances.
- Skills: Strong project management and storytelling abilities; expertise in marketing automation), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Creative mindset for campaign ideation.
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to thrive in cross-functional environments with sales and marketing teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Mindset: Data-driven, innovative, and results-oriented. Passion for AI ecosystems and partner success. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
