About the role
Who you are
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B partner, channel, or product marketing, ideally in SaaS, enterprise tech, or AI
  • Strong track record of building and executing end-to-end partner marketing programs with large technology partners (hyperscalers, enterprise providers, CRM, CMS, or ecosystem leaders)
  • Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates across audiences
  • Skilled in developing sales enablement assets and training programs to accelerate adoption and influence pipeline
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with experience establishing performance frameworks for co-marketing programs
  • Collaborative and relationship-focused, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and partner stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and a creative storyteller who can translate technical concepts into engaging narratives
What the job involves
  • We are looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to lead marketing programs with our most strategic partners
  • This role is critical in building and executing joint go-to-market initiatives that drive pipeline growth, expand market presence, and deepen partner relationships
  • As the owner of our partner marketing playbook, you'll be responsible for developing compelling messaging and positioning, creating enablement and sales assets, and orchestrating end-to-end partner campaigns
  • You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to maximize the value of our partner ecosystem
  • This role reports directly to the Director of Product Marketing
  • Develop and own joint marketing strategies with key technology partners, aligned with shared business objectives
  • Build and execute go-to-market programs, including co-branded campaigns, demand generation initiatives, industry events, and thought leadership opportunities
  • Manage partner relationships, working closely with partner marketing teams to maximize visibility and impact across marketplaces and channels
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns that showcase joint solutions, including webinars, case studies, product launches, and executive events
  • Create differentiated narratives that highlight partner value propositions
  • Oversee co-marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results across demand-gen activities
  • Create sales and enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks) that help internal and partner sellers articulate joint value
  • Develop training and certification programs that deepen partner teams' understanding of our solutions
  • Build advocacy by capturing and amplifying joint customer success stories
  • Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure partner marketing effectiveness from awareness to revenue impact
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights, feedback, and evolving partner priorities
  • Build scalable processes and infrastructure to expand marketing programs across future partnerships
