Position: Engineering Supervisor

Are you an experienced engineering professional with strong leadership skills? Nita Lake Lodge is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to lead our team and maintain the exceptional quality of our lodge. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Engineering Department.
  • Ensure upkeep, repair, and beautification of guest rooms, public spaces, and more.
  • Manage HVAC, water treatment, and fire safety systems.
  • Coordinate with other departments and train engineering staff.
  • Maintain safety standards and represent the department in Health & Safety matters.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' maintenance/building engineer experience, 3+ in a leadership role.
  • WHMIS certification or higher hazardous material handling training.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
