Full Time Maintenance Person

Duties

  • Perform minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment
  • Respond to guest maintenance requests efficiently and with immediacy
  • Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment
  • Other duties as directed by Management
REQUIREMENTS
  • Job Requirements:
    • Self motivated, responsible, organized and task oriented
    • Able to communicate in English.
    • 1 Year of experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs preferable(but willing to apprentace an eager trade student)
    • Staff Housing available Physical Demands:
    • Lifting, Carrying – over 50 lbs
