About the Role
Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? Gibbons Whistler is looking for a General Maintenance Technician to join our team This role is perfect for someone who's eager to learn, enjoys variety in their work, and thrives in a team-focused environment.
As part of our maintenance crew, you'll work across our venues—helping ensure our bars, restaurants, hotels, and offices are always in top shape. Every day will bring something new, from small repairs to preventive maintenance projects, all contributing to creating great spaces for our guests and teams.

What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in building, hotel, or general maintenance.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- A positive outlook and commitment to supporting our venues and team.
What You'll Do
- Perform general maintenance tasks across multiple Gibbons Whistler venues.
- Assist with repairs, renovations and general maintenance.
- Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and venue managers to address maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
