Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms according to company standards
Change bed linens, replace towels and restock amenities
Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures
Clean and disinfect bathrooms
Replenish supplies such as toiletries and coffee/tea
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
Follow all health and safety regulations
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
Reliable transportation to and from work
