Administrative Assistant – 8 Month Contract

How does this role impact the organization?

Reporting to the AVP, Trust Services, the Administrative Assistant will be providing in-office support to our trust company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth flow of communication within the organization and providing administrative support to our team members. Your role is pivotal in facilitating effective communication and fostering a well-organized work environment.

What will your role be responsible for?
  • Professionally handle incoming phone calls and triaging to appropriate team members;
  • Receive, sort, and prioritize incoming mail;
  • Ensure accurate and timely scanning of documents while maintaining quality standards;
  • Assist in maintaining an efficient and accessible database of digital and physical files;
  • Categorize and distribute digital and physical copies of scanned documents to relevant departments or individuals;
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate seamless information flow;
  • Assist in filing of bank and investment statements for client accounts;
  • Assist with assets under administration reporting;
  • Provide administrative support during tax season; and
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Salary Range: BC (based on Education, Work Experience, etc) $45,000-55,000 in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives
