About the Role:
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships. You'll play a key role in building our client base, managing accounts, and acting as a trusted advisor to our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Develop strategic relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand clients' needs and offer creative print solutions
- Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Represent Continental Press at networking events and trade shows
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management (print, creative, or marketing industries required)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of closing deals and growing accounts
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Bonus: knowledge of the print industry or related fields
What We Offer:
