About the Role:

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships. You'll play a key role in building our client base, managing accounts, and acting as a trusted advisor to our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Develop strategic relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand clients' needs and offer creative print solutions
  • Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Represent Continental Press at networking events and trade shows
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management (print, creative, or marketing industries required)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of closing deals and growing accounts
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines
  • Bonus: knowledge of the print industry or related fields
