Part-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) – 90-Day Contract

We are looking for a friendly, professional Part-Time CSR to join our dedicated team for a 90-day contract to cover a leave. The ideal candidate will contribute to our high standards of medicine and customer service while working effectively in a team setting.

Schedule Details (4-Week Rotational Schedule):

  • Week 1: Monday – 5.5 hours, Wednesday – 4.5 hours, Friday – 5.5 hours
  • Week 2: Tuesday – 4.5 hours, Wednesday – 3 hours
  • Week 3: Monday – 4 hours, Wednesday – 3.5 hours, Friday – 6 hours
  • Week 4: Tuesday – 4.5 hours, Wednesday – 3 hours

All shifts will be scheduled between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM

Position Details:

  • Contract: 90 days (to cover a leave)
  • Hours: Under 25 hours per week on average
  • Benefits: This position is not eligible for benefits due to part-time hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing client inquiries
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for clients and their pets
  • Assist in managing client records and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to support efficient clinic operations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
  • A passion for working with people and pets
  • Experience in a customer service or receptionist role (preferred but not required)
