As a receptionist within Pomerleau's administrative team, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the Montreal office. In particular, you will have the opportunity to work closely with your colleagues, supporting them in a variety of administrative tasks.

What you will do :

  • Warmly welcome visitors and ensure their registration via the electronic sign-in system.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, correspondence, deliveries, and shipments.
  • Coordinate meeting room and collaboration space bookings.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and prepare welcome kits.
  • Manage transportation passes, office supplies, purchase orders, and requests via PomSpace.
  • Maintain inventory and restock stationery across floors, PPE, first aid kits, and copier supplies.
  • Replace furniture items as needed based on available inventory.
  • Support on-site events and assist colleagues with logistics.
  • Oversee contractors working in the Montréal office.
  • Maintain shared spaces and collaborate with the property manager.
  • Follow up on invoices with the accounts payable team.

This role could be for you if you have :

  • More than 5 years' experience as a receptionist or in a related field
  • A high degree of professionalism and exceptional communication skills
  • Experience using MS Office.
