We are excited to invite applications for the position of Project Administrator at LRI Engineering. This role offers the opportunity to develop your organizational and project management skills while supporting a variety of consulting projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Organize and prioritize tasks for technical staff to support efficient daily operations and timely project completion.
- Set up projects by preparing price quotes, service details, and proposals in Salesforce.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to gather and manage information, track progress, and address project needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce.
- Track and report project milestones, including activation, updates, and closure.
- Review and format documents for accuracy, consistency, and professionalism before client delivery.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including assistance with proposals and ad hoc tasks.
- Oversee project workflows from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are accurate and professionally presented.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, clarifying requirements and aligning expectations.
- Monitor project timelines, following up with clients and colleagues to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend adjustments to enhance efficiency.
Position Requirements
Education
- A College Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- PMP or CAPM certification is considered an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset and highly valued.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative or project coordination roles.
- Advanced proficiency with Office 365, Salesforce, and PC environments.
- Strong ability to create, edit, and modify documents, reports, presentations, and training materials.
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills to navigate technical and procedural challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build positive and collaborative relationships with individuals across the organization.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to evolving project demands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
