Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a friendly and professional clinic experience.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries.
  • Triaging the need for emergent care.
  • Provide information on clinic services, policies, and procedures with clarity and enthusiasm.
  • Coordinate between clients and veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and excellent client service.
  • Handle client concerns and ensure prompt resolution with empathy and understanding.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining client records and processing payments accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area and client spaces.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting, is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping people and animals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule.
  • Positive attitude, empathetic nature, and a love for working in a team-oriented environment.
