**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a **Client Care Specialist** to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and passionate about helping others. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients and will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide front-line client support over the phone
- Assist team members with administrative tasks and client file management
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes in our systems
- Ensure a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients
- Support the coordination of appointments, follow-ups, and documentation
- Flexibility on available hours to work. Evenings and weekends required.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and accurate note-taking habits
