**Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Client Care Specialist to join our team at Burnside Veterinary Hospital. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere and enjoys working with wonderful clients and their fluffy companions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and ensure a friendly and professional clinic experience.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries.
- Triaging the need for emergent care.
- Provide information on clinic services, policies, and procedures with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Coordinate between clients and veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and excellent client service.
- Handle client concerns and ensure prompt resolution with empathy and understanding.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining client records and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area and client spaces.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting, is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping people and animals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule.
- Positive attitude, empathetic nature, and a love for working in a team-oriented environment.
