Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
  • Check guests in and out efficiently while explaining hotel amenities and policies
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
  • Manage reservations and guest requests accurately
  • Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs
  • Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills (reservation systems, email, and Microsoft Office)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
