**Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in Squamish. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience is welcoming and memorable while embodying our commitment to outstanding hospitality.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests.
- Provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately.
- Uphold the standards of customer service excellence in all interactions.
**Qualifications**
- At least one year of proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills, with multilingual or bilingual abilities preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an asset.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
**Call-To-Action**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
